Does Kratom.org ship to my area?

Kratom.org can ship to almost all countries of the world that Express Mail Service reaches to. We can also ship via Air Mail or Regular Post, however those services do not offer tracking.   Orders to our clients in the USA will be shipped by USPS and will arrive on average 3 days from the shipping date.

Please note that we do not ship to the following countries; Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Burma, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway.

Our parent corporation is located in Nevada, USA, thus all orders are processed and sent out from there. The closer you are located to Nevada the quicker your shipment will arrive. The farther away you are located the longer it will take to arrive.

Your privacy is very important for us. Your order will be sent in an extremely discrete envelope and no sensational text or markings will appear on or inside the package. 

The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. If for some reason your order comes in on a day we are out of stock our website will alert you before processing your payment. We will check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed then it is sent out. All these procedures take less than 24hrs and we work hard to provide same day shipping as often as possible.

Currently we offer USPS shipping by default. If you require a different type of shipping please let us know your needs by email and we will do our best to fill your needs.

If this happened, you'll be informed by customs normally. They have the right to hold and inspect all incoming shipments for contraband. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will try to help resolve the problem.
