They ship via USPS, and their standard shipping time is 1-3 business days, which is considered fast by industry standards. They are closed during holidays and weekends, so orders placed during this period will be processed the next business day.
NHB doesn’t ship to areas where kratom is banned in the U.S. These areas include Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin. Other places where kratom is banned include Sarasota, Florida; Denver, Colorado; City of Oceanside, California; and several other counties and cities across the US.
You need ID verification before New Hope Botanicals ships to you if you live in Florida, Virginia, Colorado, South Dakota, Maryland, West Virginia, Tennessee, Oregon, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, or Nebraska. Who’s The Founder of New Hope Botanicals?
Jordan Richard founded New Hope Botanicals in April 2017, and today, the business is based in Crestline, California.
Jordan spent most of his childhood in Orange County in Southern California, and was very into billiards. But growing up as a teen, he was introduced to hard drugs and got hooked. After a series of treatments and counselling to save him from his mess, he claimed it was only kratom that changed everything for him. That was when he realized the potential benefits of kratom and became enthusiastic about selling it and spreading the word.
He started selling kratom from his parents’ garage and gradually grew his business to what is known today as New Hope Botanicals.
Is New Hope Botanicals Worth It?
In terms of quality, pricing, selection, and customer service, we can say that NHB is worth it. There are lots of testimonials from customers to support this claim. However, if you are a fan of the AKA-verified GMP program, then NHB doesn’t meet this criterion.
But since their product is lab tested and many customers have testified to its quality, the AKA GMP program shouldn’t rule them out of your list.
There are also shipping limitations and ID verification for some areas, which is understandable, because kratom is not legal in all areas.
Above all, New Hope Botanicals is worth it, and Jordan has done a good job in serving the kratom community.
