White Jongkong Kratom: Effects, Dosage, Safety & More

Out of the myriad kratom strains, White Jongkong is relatively new and far less common than strains like Maeng Da.

The strain hails from the Jongkong jungle in Indonesia.

Technically, this means it’s also an Indo strain, but there are a few characteristics that make this particular strain different from other Indo kratom strains.

What Is White Jongkong Kratom?

The Jongkong jungle is a beautiful stretch of highly biodiverse rainforest in Indonesia.

This jungle has a huge variety of animals and birds, extremely abundant plant life, and rich soil that nourishes all of the plants and creatures that thrive here.

Lucky for us, all of these valuable nutrients are also being hungrily sucked up by the kratom trees in the region. This is why Jongkong kratom is such a fantastic strain.

But what makes White Jongkong any different than Yellow, Green, or Red Jongkong kratom?

Among kratom consumers worldwide, the commonly-held belief is that kratom colors emerge because of the veins on the underside of the leaves.

White vein kratom strains are said to be harvested early on during the growing season when the veins are white. During this time, the plant is also believed to have more of the stimulating alkaloids present.

The Process of Making White Jongkong Kratom

One source — a supplier who produces and exports several tonnes of kratom annually — was kind enough to document the steps he uses to harvest and process White Jongkong kratom trees.

The color of the Jongkong kratom leaf veins doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the age of the leaf or the time of the season. White veins can appear on young leaves at the start of the season, as well as on old leaves toward the season’s end.

The farmer that we spoke to said that white strains are the result of including the bones in the final product. ‘Bones’ is a term used to describe the stems and veins of the kratom leaf — no matter what their color.

You might have seen kratom bones for sale. Some vendors sell stem and vein powder — bones — as a separate product. It’s usually marketed as an additive that can be useful for helping to make your kratom last longer.

However, farmers include the bones with the final product because they believe that this is where the stimulating alkaloids of the kratom reside. And, anyone who has used a white strain can attest: white kratom is far superior in terms of stimulation than any other color.

Any trained herbalist or naturalist will also point out that the different parts of a plant will have very different constituents.

So, in summary, White Jongkong kratom is actually just regular (green) Jongkong kratom, air-dried and then mixed with a healthy portion of stem and vein (bones). The part that makes them unique is that the plants used to make this powder is grown specifically in the dense Jongkong rainforest.

What Does White Jongkong Kratom Do?

As a white strain, you can expect this variety of Jongkong kratom to provide uplifting and stimulating benefits.

Even at relatively high doses, white Jongkong is unlikely to cause any kind of relaxation. This is in contrast to other strains of kratom, most of which eventually lead to relaxation one way or another.

Green vein strains, for example, generally start energetically and fade into a nice, relaxing buzz. Red kratom strains are relaxing through and through. White strains, on the other hand, don’t really provide any type of relaxation. After the stimulation wears off, you’ll probably return to baseline, but you won’t necessarily feel relaxed.

Here’s a quick summary of the White Jongkong kratom’s effects on a scale of 1/5:

  • Energy: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — White Jongkong is about as stimulating as it gets.
  • Focus: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — If you need sharp laser focus to get stuff done, White Jongkong is your strain.
  • Anxiety relief: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ — White Jongkong doesn’t really reduce anxiety, but some people find that stimulation and hyper-focus allow them to look past their anxiety for a time.
  • Relaxation: ⭐️White Jongkong is the opposite of relaxing.
  • Pain relief: ⭐️ — Don’t come here if you’re looking for pain relief.

1. Energy Booster

The first and foremost reason that people use White Jongkong kratom is that it’s a powerful stimulant.

People find this strain so powerful that they often use it to replace coffee. In fact, kratom is a part of the same family of plants as coffee. One of the main differences between kratom and coffee is that kratom can provide you with sustained energy without leaving you feeling jittery.

The energy boost that you will enjoy from kratom will last you about the same amount of time as a cup of strong coffee. However, the comedown or crash from kratom is a bit different. It’s much smoother. Energy returns to baseline gradually, rather than crashing a few hours later as it does with coffee.

2. Focus & Productivity Enhancer

As far as herbal supplements go, White Jongkong kratom is one of the best stimulants that you’re going to find. Not only does it provide you with energy, but it can elevate your focus and allow you to remain productive and on-task for hours at a time.

This strain of kratom is especially useful for people who are interested in studying for school or performing well in the office. Don’t rely on kratom for your everyday studies, of course. However, if you really need to grind or push through an extra assignment or study session, it can be a great replacement for study drugs.

In fact, there have been quite a few cases of people replacing pharmaceutical ADD medication with white kratom. White Jongkong produces a lot of the same cognitive-boosting, nootropic effects as prescription and synthetic brain boosters.

As long as you’re careful with kratom and don’t abuse it, it can be a great way to improve your overall productivity.

3. Mood Support & Euphoria

The dopamine system is also hugely important for regulating our mood. Because of the way that White Jongkong kratom can influence dopamine, it also has a profound effect on mood.

White Jongkong is known for its ability to provide a powerful rush of euphoria that can last for several hours. This, alongside the burst of motivation described above, makes White Jongkong one of the contenders for ‘best mood-boosting strains of kratom.’

Other strains of kratom can have further effects on mood by helping to reduce negative emotions like anxiety or depression. But few have the hard-hitting blast of euphoria that White Jongkong can provide.

This white strain of kratom, however, doesn’t have many painkilling or sedating effects, so it’s not a great tool for numbing issues like anxiety. However, some people find that the dopamine rush is still powerful.

Where to Buy White Jongkong Kratom

Despite the fact that this stimulating white vein strain is very popular among seasoned kratom users, getting your hands on high-quality White Jongkong kratom is not that simple. Some vendors just don’t make the cut in terms of quality and testing.

White Jongkong Kratom Dosage

The amount of kratom you should take will influence the effects. This is generally the case with any sort of herbal substance, but kratom is a bit unique in this regard.

Because there are so many different compounds in kratom that work together to produce its effects, people report experiencing different benefits despite using the same type of kratom. Depending on how much you take, it’s even possible to get the exact opposite effect from the same strain!

Researchers still don’t fully understand how or why this is possible; however, it’s believed to be the result of the way that the different kratom alkaloids work with or against each other. These alkaloids form unstable alliances like nations in great conflict; sometimes they support each other, and other times they fight against one another’s effects.

At a low dose, the stimulating alkaloids seem to remain victorious. Stimulating alkaloids agonize or activate different parts of your brain’s wiring.

At higher doses, sedating alkaloids start to overpower the stimulating alkaloids. However, this part of the competition is pretty much null and void as far as White Jongkong kratom is concerned. This strain contains such a dense concentration of stimulating alkaloids that even high doses don’t do much for sedation.

Very high doses may lead to a state that somewhat resembles relaxation. But it probably won’t be the type of relaxation that you’re used to, let alone the type that encourages you to fall asleep.

Very high doses of white kratom, if anything, may produce a pseudo-relaxation by muddling the contents of your mind and slowing your body. The result would probably be closer to ‘brain fog’ than ‘relaxation,’ and is likely the result of kratom’s undesirable alkaloids building up enough strength to produce an effect on their own.

All in all, this means that you can generally expect White Jongkong kratom to produce stimulating effects no matter what the dose.

Here’s an outline of what is considered a light, medium, and high dose. Certain benefits may be more easily achieved at different doses.

Low Dose — One to Three Grams

This is a light dose — good for beginners, smaller individuals, and those who are first experimenting with kratom. At this dose, clear-headed focus and stimulation will be prominent.

Medium Dose — Three to Five Grams

This medium-strength dose is a good place for experienced users to enjoy a balance of White Jongkong kratom’s effects. At this dose, the mood-boosting benefits will become more obvious. The clear-headed focus may be replaced with a single-pointed, Herculean force of sheer will.

High Dose — Five to Eight Grams

With other types of kratom, people generally take high doses because they want to experience the sedative and pain-killing benefits. However, white strains don’t really produce these benefits.

At higher doses, the mood-boosting benefits of White Jongkong might be more pronounced. However, the clarity of mind and concentration may be somewhat muffled as the alkaloid antagonist starts to compete with the agonist.

White Jongkong Kratom Side Effects

So, we’ve already established that kratom is one of the best plants for boosting focus and energy without the annoying jitters caused by substances like coffee. However, don’t let that give you the illusion that kratom is completely free from the side effects.

No plant, especially one this powerful, is going to be completely free from side effects. The secret is learning how to respect the plant and avoid any unnecessary side effects.

Side effects aren’t necessarily a bad thing. In most cases, they are simply a reminder from the plant that you’re using too much or that you’re not taking care of your body.

Kratom is a fibrous, astringent, and highly psychoactive plant.

Astringency is a property that causes the tightening of the tissues in your body. It also dries them out. This causes a common side effect of dry mouth when using kratom.

As a highly fibrous plant powder, kratom can also be difficult to digest. Despite many of the recommendations from online users suggesting that you should only take kratom on an empty stomach to get more bang for your buck, you might actually want to eat it with a meal.

This might take a bit longer to take effect, but it will also be a lot easier on your digestive tract.

Here’s a quick summary of side effects that can affect can occur no matter what strain of kratom you’re taking:

Similar Kratom Strains

Several other strains share similar benefits as the White Jongkong strain as well. A few of these include:

1. White Maeng Da Kratom

White Maeng Da is another powerful strain for people who are interested in getting stuff done. Whether that stuff is studying at school, rallying your next sports practice, or finishing up in the garden, White Maeng Da will help you kick some butt.

2. Green Jongkong Kratom

Green Jongkong Kratom is grown in the same region as White Jongkong Kratom. The main difference between these two strains is post-harvest processing. The result is that Green Jongkong is slightly less stimulating and better for fading off into a state of relaxation.

3. White Borneo Kratom

White Borneo Kratom is another white strain hailing from the jungles of Borneo. The trees here may have a slightly different alkaloid profile from those grown elsewhere in Asia. In either case, the effects are quite similar to White Jongkong.

Conclusion: What is White Jongkong Kratom?

White Jongkong is a powerful strain of kratom harvested from the Jongkong jungles in Indonesia.

This is one of the healthiest regions on the planet, and the kratom trees growing here reflect that. You can expect this kratom to be strong, stimulating, and long-lasting.
