Just Kratom
Just Kratom earns itself a fat and juicy 2/5 for publishing what reads like a draft version of a website, selling products that smell like they’ve been sitting in a warehouse for years, and then selling those products at a premium.
About the Company: Just Kratom
Just Kratom is a company that prides itself on what, exactly? We’re not really sure. Take a look at what they claim is their “Vision.”
“Just Kratom is a leader in the kratom industry backed with years of experience in the kratom industry. Just Kratom brand has become a trusted brand with consumers and stores across the United States. When shopping for kratom , go with the leader Just Kratom .”
So, as a leader in the kratom industry backed with years in the kratom industry, the leader Just Kratom has become a brand leading the industry and is trusted by Just Kratom consumers who trust the brand.
In other words, the website is horribly translated, or they can’t afford to hire somebody with a decent grasp of English to write their content. Does this mean the kratom is terrible? No, but it does suggest they might not be worth taking seriously. Nowadays, any legit business knows how crucial a well-run website is and will put money and time into it.
The email listed is also somewhat suspicious: help@justcbdstore.com. Since they’re not selling any CBD products on this site, they’re running multiple shops and can’t be bothered to use multiple emails, or they didn’t put the correct email on the webpage.
That’s two red flags from a single glance at one of their pages. Let’s take a deeper look into what they’re offering. (if anyone is wondering, they do have their correct email listed elsewhere: Ihelp@justkratomstore.com).
Digging a bit deeper, we find that Just Kratom is part of a chain of brands. Just Brands LLC operates several different online marketplaces selling various products.
So, in other words, they’re not kratom specialists. They’re cashing in on a trend. But are they doing a good job?
- Very affordable
- Offers capsules and powder
- Mentions third-party testing
- No returns on opened products
- Limited selection
- Test results not posted
- Few reviews
- No information about the company
- Run by CEOs and not kratom enthusiasts
- Inconsistent pricing

Just Kratom Product Reviews
Just Kratom doesn’t have a wild variety of products or strains. Nonetheless, here are the various products you can buy.
Kratom Powder
Kratom powder is the most common form of the plant for North American consumers and is simply ground-up dried leaves that can be used in a number of ways.
The simplicity and versatility of kratom powder make it a popular choice. There are several different types of kratom powder that you can buy on Just Kratom.
The different products are available in either 30 g, 60 g, 150 g, ½ kilo, or 1-kilo packages. Prices are $9, $14, $19, $40 and $70, respectively. Here are the choices.
Trainwreck Kratom Powder
This is Just Kratom’s flagship product and its unique blend.
It’s no more expensive than the other strains, but given the name, you’d expect to be getting a much stronger product than the other vendors’ offerings.
This isn’t necessarily the case, though. Many other vendors make Trainwreck Kratom. It’s usually referred to as “gold kratom” when not given a specific name.
Gold kratom refers to a mixture of various kratom strains. In this case, Just Kratom has blended all three of its regular varieties.
Green Maeng Da Kratom Powder
This is sort of the staple kratom product anywhere you go. Finding a vendor that didn’t offer Green Maeng Da would be odd.
The term maeng da is a Thai phrase that can loosely translate into “pimp grade.” Vendors and manufacturers usually apply this label to strains that are much stronger than others.
This can be both a good thing and a bad thing. On the one hand, you know that you’re getting a more potent product than the other vendor’s offerings. On the other hand, you can’t be 100% certain exactly what strains you’re getting.
However, this isn’t a huge deal now that research and communication among vendors and distributors are better. We now know that most strains and names are nothing more than marketing. The color and the potency are the major factors to look into.
To further explain: Green Maeng Da might be a super-strong batch of Green Thai Kratom. And Red Borneo Kratom will probably have more in common with Red Maeng Da than with Green Borneo.
Red Bali Kratom Powder
Red Bali Kratom is one of the best strains for people interested in experiencing the opiate-like powers of kratom for the first time. Recreational users usually opt to try out Red Bali first, and it’s the best choice for chronic pain.
This red strain certainly isn’t the best if you want sustained energy. But that’s not what people use it for. It’s about as good as you can get for pain relief and sedation, and opioid users looking to replace addiction with kratom will find this strain kills withdrawals and cravings the best.
As seems to be the case with most of their products, Just Kratom’s Red Bali is about average in strength. It’s certainly more sedating than their greens and whites, but nothing to write about.
Other Strains Offered By Just Kratom
Just Kratom doesn’t have much variety, but it has a few other strains. These are:
- White Maeng Da —Potent, stimulating kratom.
- Red Maeng Da —Red Maeng Da strains seem to create conflict among reviewers. It’s reported by about half as a strong sedative and the other half as a strong stimulant.
- Green Malay Kratom —Said to hail from Malaysia, although most of it comes from Borneo, like the rest of 95% of the world’s kratom.
Kratom Capsules
Kratom capsules are another way to take advantage of this herb. These usually come in preweighed capsules of about 500 mg each. Taking these capsules allows you to measure your dosage easily.
Just Kratom offers the capsules in this very dosage, and you can get them with any strain they offer. The prices of their capsules are just slightly more than that of the bulk powder.
All capsules of different varieties are the same price. They start at $6.99 for a package of 30 (for a total net weight of 16.5 g). Compare that to the 30-gram package of their powder, which costs $9.99.
You can choose from a wide variety of capsule packages, saving a bit of money as you increase in volume. Other choices include 80 capsules, 150, 300, and 500, up to 1000, which will run you $89.99.
Even though the capsules are listed as 500 mg each, a package of 1000 is advertised as containing 1 kg. This says to this reviewer that Just Kratom should not be relied on for performing calculations.
Is Just Kratom Legit?
Whether or not Just Kratom is legit isn’t the most straightforward question to answer.
First off, many websites claim to be Just Kratom. A lot of these Just Aren’t Kratom.
Many are obvious scams, and most people with any technological finesse would be able to tell this immediately. Unfortunately, the elderly or others who aren’t familiar with computers or the Internet might easily be duped by one of these websites.
Once you find the company’s actual website, you might notice that it isn’t certified by the American Kratom Association (AKA). This means the only kratom authority does not back it. They also claim to do third-party testing, but there’s no proof. Reputable companies make the test results readily available for customers to review. Otherwise, what’s the point?
Many great websites aren’t verified by the Association but nonetheless provide quality goods and services. But, lacking this approval and the numerous other issues might leave you interested in looking for another vendor.
Just Kratom also loves to sell its products as more potent than customers say they are, which is a bit of a red flag. While we applaud their kratom pages for each having detailed information about the strains you’re buying, they’re also loaded with crud.
What You Can Expect To Pay
The pricing on Just Kratom doesn’t impress anyone. It’s not outlandish, not by any means, but the prices are definitely premium.
For premium prices, you deserve reliable customer service, a top-notch quality that is consistent, and excellent customer reviews across the board. Just Kratom has none of these. Many vendors with higher prices also offer a money-back guarantee, so you know you’ll get your money back if you think it’s not worth it. Just Kratom has no such offer.
So, in short, what can you expect to pay? Too much, and you get nothing in return.
Accepted Payment Options
So far, it looks like the only payment option that they accept is credit cards.
What Other Customers Say About This Brand
At best, the reviews you’ll see about Just Kratom online are mediocre. The most favorable review aside from the company’s self-propagandizing embellishments comes from Reddit user u/tpacx, who “bought a half key it smells not as fresh as my go-to but seems to work as good.”
A few weeks later, when asked if he still liked it, he responded with a “yup solid 7/10 if I had to rate ethos batch from them. Not upset on this blind buy at all.”
Their Twitter was published in 2021 and currently has 0 followers and thus no reviews.
In its several years of activity, its Facebook page has received two negative reviews, and they’re currently rated one out of five stars.
One review says that “It’s either old, outdated, or poor quality With the plant itself as far as the manufacturing process I don’t know I do know that I feel like I threw away my money and I have no recourse.”
The other, from 2019, says that “[Just Kratom] is like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates. I’ve bought 3 red kilos and there’s no consistency in quality. This 3rd one I just bought is the worse kratom I’ve ever had, only half of the top was sealed when I took the lid off. They do have one thing going. It’s cheap…but you just don’t know what your gonna get.”
Shipping & Returns
Just Kratom does offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee, but only on unopened products. Proof of purchase (like an email receipt) is also required.
Returns are subject to review. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return credit to your original payment method within a “certain amount of days.” Again with the weird wording. Who’s writing this content? Judging by the reviews, it’s somebody who doesn’t plan to follow through with their promises.
Standard shipping is free USPS ground shipping for orders over $35. You can up that to FedEx 2-day shipping for an additional charge of $5. With most of their orders sent out the same day, shipments are generally received within 3-5 business days.
However, the site maintains that “no matter how hard we try, sometimes it’s just not possible to ship the same day.” They don’t mention a cutoff time or any specifics.
Final Thoughts: Questionable, But Most Likely Not a Scam
Perhaps I’m biased as a writer, but when a website, especially a vendor that claims to be from the United States, has a website riddled with grammar seemingly written by an elementary school student, I become rather skeptical.
That says that the company isn’t making enough to afford a writer with a basic grasp of the language. This is no big feat; you could just ask your neighbor. That, or they don’t care… or both. Probably both.
If they’re cutting corners with something as simple and fundamental as their writing, it makes me wonder where else they’re cutting corners.
Are their sources legit? Doubtful. Do they pay employees enough to care about their work? Apparently not. Do they have any personal or emotional investment in kratom? Nope, they’re owned by a conglomerate that tries to cash out on trends by cobbling together a website and using cheap labor to sell a product they know nothing about.
So my final thoughts on Just Kratom are that I hope I can stop thinking about it soon. Your best bet? Stick with a reputable vendor that cares — there are plenty of them. Just Kratom doesn’t need to be an option.
