How Safe is Herbal Realm?
One of the top things we look for when evaluating a company is their quality control procedures.
As of now, we don’t see an AKA-GMP certification for Herbal Realm. AKA (American Kratom Association) helps protect your rights as consumers and pushes for regulation and quality control. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a standard created to enhance a company’s manufacturing processes.
What if they’re not AKA-GMP certified? The next thing to look for would be lab testing. Based on Herbal Realm’s website, they do confirm that their products undergo lab testing. Herbal Realm sends samples for testing differently. They combine their white, green, and red strains in composite, single samples. Then send them off to test for:

- Biological contaminants
- Alkaloid content
Now, what happens with the alkaloid content values? As you may know, these vary from one strain to another. Let’s take their Gold strains, Bali and Maeng Da. If the values come out to 1.5 and 1.6, then the total sum for “gold” is 1.55.
It’s a twist on doing lab tests. If there’s one thing we appreciate about Herbal Realm, it is their transparency and honesty in how they do their business.
