Although Naturalorganix.com offers plenty of worthy products, it would behoove Urban Ice Organics to add additional strains and payment options.

Unfortunately, there’s very little information about Urban Ice Organics. It’s located in Las Vegas, NV and its founder, Kelly Dunn, produced the documentary A Leaf of Faith.  

However, we know little else about Urban Ice Organics or why their prices are so high.

The product line is simple, which can be perfect for some people. It offers just enough options with a few extras, like CBD tinctures, specialized blends, and “Shakerz,” though the website doesn’t explain what those are. 

If you’re new to kratom, you might get lost. Descriptions on the website are minimal, so you’ll want some knowledge of the different strains in order to know what to expect from these products.

Urban Ice Organics is good old-fashioned Mitragyna speciosa. The brand excels at offering the freshest, cleanest, and most potent kratom strains that nature has to offer. Kratom occurs naturally in three vein colors – green, red and white, respectively. These are my personal faves:

Is Urban Ice Organics Legit?

Urban Ice Organics seems to be legit; however, several issues raise red flags.

Urban Ice Organics calls itself the number one kratom vendor online, but there’s little proof to back this claim up. In fact, there’s nothing that would cause a person to think it’s top-of-the-line. Its website is extremely basic and looks like an afterthought; there’s very little information about the company or its products. The information regarding the team looks very gimmicky, almost like an infomercial.

Other reviews say Urban Ice Organics is spoken highly of on Reddit as if that alone validates a company, but the talk stops there. Not only was this years ago — it’s no longer talked about — but this company has very few reviews on its website or Facebook page, not surprising since it lacks Facebook followers as well.

Most of the “talk” we found was from other vendor reviews.

More importantly, it makes no mention of any lab tests or certification with the American Kratom Association (AKA).

Certification is a huge deal because it’s one of the few ways a company can prove the quality and potency of its kratom. This is even more crucial if a company wants to charge far more than its competitors as Urban Ice does; there needs to be a reason for the price hike, and Urban Ice offers none.

Despite this, the reviews available tend to be good, and it does say customer satisfaction is the number one priority; send the product back if you’re not happy and you can get an exchange or your money back.

Prices are quite a bit more expensive than most other vendors. The average online cost for 250 grams of kratom is between $35 and $50, and these prices are for popular, high-quality vendors.

At Urban Ice Organics, a 60-gram container costs $32.99. A 250-gram container is a significantly better deal and costs just over twice the price: $69.99. However, this is much higher than the average cost.

The capsules come in lots of 10, 50, or 100. A package of 10 costs $6.99, whereas 100 is $49.99.

Urban Ice Organics probably does care about kratom and the quality of its products. However, the price and hype seem unwarranted. It almost looks like it prefers advertising through word-of-mouth, and the added costs of its products go into fancy packaging and buying positive feedback. 

The kratom is likely high-quality, but without knowing its source, the company’s ethics, or why it puts so little effort into its website, a more transparent company might be better.
