As you might have guessed, Zodiac only sells a blend of Malay kratom powders, so you cannot choose the strain color that suits you or your needs. This is a bit unfortunate, especially since the different colors of this strain have wildly varying effects for most users.

The powder is also quite expensive, especially since it is not backed by lab testing to confirm potency and purity.

They’re more expensive than kratom powder for equivalent doses, but they’re also more convenient to consume and travel with, and they don’t taste bitter like raw powder. Kratom capsules also require that you consume powder in predetermined increments, so precise dosing is more complicated.

Zodiac Kratom Green Maeng Da Kratom Capsules

While Zodiac only offers generic kratom powder blends in powder form, it does sell capsules filled with specific strain colors. One of the top-selling options is the Green Maeng Da capsules. Green Maeng Da kratom is the most popular strain overall, as it provides high potency but nicely balanced effects that you’d expect from a green-vein strain.

Green Maeng Da is best known for its mood enhancement and anxiety relief, but it also provides decent stimulation and pain relief in most users. Higher doses can be mildly sedative as well.

These capsules are expensive, which would be fine if their potency and safety were guaranteed. Unfortunately, much like the powders from Zodiac, there is no mention of lab testing done on these capsules, so we don’t know how safe or powerful they are.

Zodiac Kratom Gold Bali Kratom Capsules

Gold Bali kratom is another strain well-known for pain relief, even for moderate to severe pain. It’s usually taken in higher doses for this purpose, making it highly sedative. It can be a great option for users looking to fall asleep quickly and enjoy a full night’s sleep.

Gold Bali is typically rather potent overall, including mood enhancement, stimulation, and relief from stress and anxiety.

These capsules come in a 150-count bottle, but there’s no information available about the amount of kratom powder in each capsule.

Zodiac Kratom Black Label Kratom Capsules

Zodiac also sells “black label” kratom capsules. It’s unclear what kind of kratom they use, as no product information is available.

Black-vein kratom is traditionally made by triple fermenting red-vein kratom, which changes the alkaloid profile. Black kratom is often some of the most sedating and a good option for pain relief.

We wouldn’t recommend these capsules to users for a few reasons. First, there is no confirmation of exactly what’s inside. Second, there is no lab testing done to confirm purity and safety. Third, no information is available on how much powder is in each capsule.

Is Zodiac Kratom Legit?

Zodiac Kratom has been in business for an estimated ten years. While that suggests the company is legitimate and at least somewhat trustworthy, we recommend against purchasing products from the vendor.

There are a few red flags associated with Zodiac Kratom that, in our opinion, make it a poor option for sourcing kratom.

First, the company doesn’t have a website. This isn’t a downside in and of itself, but it does mean that there’s no company information, owner accountability, or mission statement.

Second, the company doesn’t clarify that it has third-party lab testing done on its products. In an unregulated market like kratom, lab testing is one of the only reliable ways to confirm that the kratom you’re buying is safe, free of contamination and heavy metals, and worth your money in terms of potency. If Zodiac does testing, the results are not available or even mentioned online.

Finally, Zodiac offers minimal information about its products. It sells mostly kratom powder blends rather than specific strains, making it challenging to nail down the effects you’re looking for.

With all of these downsides and the fact that Zodiac is not accredited by the American Kratom Association (AKA), we suggest choosing a different vendor entirely.

As far as we can see, there are no bulk deals for saving money, nor would we recommend them if they did exist.

Zodiac Kratom has longevity in the industry, but that’s about the only upside. There is no verification from users that the products are potent, and the company doesn’t carry out third-party lab testing, which is a massive downside in our book. As such, you’ll get no assurance that your kratom is safe to consume or will provide the desired effects.

We also recommend against Zodiac because of the pricing. The cost is in line with top-shelf kratom brands, but the quality should be better to justify the prices.
